2. Print Sales & E-Commerce Terms

  • Payment Security: Payments are processed securely via Squarespace’s integrated third-party processors (such as Stripe or PayPal). We do not store your credit card details.

  • Color Accuracy: We strive to display product colors accurately. However, actual print colors may vary slightly due to individual monitor settings.

  • Shipping & Damages: Shipping times are estimates. We are not liable for carrier delays. If a print arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days with photo proof to arrange a replacement.

  • Returns: Because physical prints are custom-made to order, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

3. Blog Comments & User-Generated Content

  • Moderation: We welcome community discussion. However, we reserve the right to edit, reject, or delete any comment at our sole discretion.

  • Prohibited Content: Comments containing spam, hate speech, defamation, or promotional links will be deleted immediately.

  • Liability: You remain solely responsible and legally liable for the content of your comments. By posting, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to display your text on this site.
